RingCentral Meetings: how to add invite without all attendees getting update?

Is it possible to have the system allow a user to send a invite to the person that he will add as a participant to a scheduled meeting rather that having the system send the update to all participants?

The user can make the changes in Outlook and choose to have all attendees notified or just the ones she added.
