Mobile Phone: calls not forwarding to mobile phone and are showing as "missed"

I've recently started experience the issue of calls not being forwarded to my phone, showing up as missed on RC call log, was there an actual resolution to this? Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: iPhone missed calls / never rings / no voicemail / no sequential forwarding.

The reason you are having issues answering calls on your cell phone is because you have the  Call Handling set to only ring for 10 seconds, which is only about 2 rings.  This is simply not enough time to allow for routing...  There needs to be enough time for RingCentral to forward to your cell phone carrier, the for your carrier to pick up the call and then connect the call to your cell phone.  Please increase this to  at least 20 seconds + (around 4 rings) and this should solve your issue.

Hi Kim,
Unfortunately that's not a good solution for me considering my business is a rushed industry in nature, I'm going to lose some customers if they have to consistently wait 20+ seconds every call. The current settings I have have been working fine. It's the occasional 'no audio' call, and now these completely missed calls that have me concerned.

After some fun back and forth with the support team this morning and having to explain and attempt to open a ticket twice, I was finally able to get a ticket open for the no audio issue and someone seems to be testing and working on it. However i fear that since this issue occurs once every 1-2 weeks, they won't be able to duplicate it and this problem is going to be on-going.

We have similar issue, we forward to AT&T and have 20 seconds and still happens from time to time. No issue with Tmobile forwarding with 20 seconds.
