Fax: How do I fill in the recipients name on the fax cover sheet?

how do you fill in the recipients name on the fax cover sheet. all i want to do is add the persons name to the TO field

In the Desktop App, after you select "Compose Fax" you will be given the option to Add Recipient Details.
