Mobile App: For android - No audio either way

The app no longer has working audio. How can this be fixed

might be that your upgrade to current version was not successful

  • What android do you have? 
  • What version of the RingCentral Mobile App are you using? 
  • Have you tried a hard-reboot? 
  • Have you uninstalled/re-installed as Ronald suggested?

- Android 6.0
-app version 8.2.1.1.18
-I've done a soft reboot, but with all hardware working a hard-reboot doesnt seem warrented
-Yes ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app

The audio will work properly every 10 or so phone calls.

Please complete a hard reboot and test.  

Are you taking the calls over WiFi or cell data?

"A  hard reboot is the process of restarting a computer manually, physically or using any other method besides restarting it from the operating system controls. This allows a user to  restart a computer, which is usually done when the operating system or software functions are not responding."

Please advise how I can restart my phone without using the operating system controls. I am not familiar with the method. 

I take calls over wifi and cell data. Both behave the same.
