Phones & Numbers: Can you change my phone number's geolocation and rate center?

I got a series of numbers with you with a certain prefix and thought them to be local numbers for Houston but realized that they are from a different rate center. I'd really like to keep the same numbers so I was wondering, can you change my numbers' geolocation and rate center in the back-end?

JT - there is not a way to change the rate center. The Admin would have to purchase an entirely different number.
