Hello,
To find/edit your company's service address be sure to log into RingCentral.com as an administrator. From there select Phone System in the top left corner and then company information. There you will be able to edit the information.

The directions for logging in as an administrator say to login with the 10-digit phone number, which I do - there is no one else on this account except me - but my screen looks like the attached (i.e., no 'phone system' tab. Is it because I have only virtual fax service?

Premier Canadian Immigration Co-op, You are correct , you are seeing a different view because of the type of account you have. If you would like to see what address you have on file with us you can go to the Billing section and then click on payment method. This will show what address you have. You can also view this information by clicking on settings and then Outbound Fax settings.
