after this recent upgrade (4.5) my user's settings on the ringcentral soft phone inside salesforce keep getting changed from "call with soft phone" to "connect from a different phone." This keeps happening. i have the most up to date version and i have gone through and made sure every user is on the proper computer. i have multiple tickets open with tech support and even shown them the issue with the go to meeting app. if anyone else is experiencing this issue and knows how to fix it please email me at
