What is the maximum number of text message that can be saved in Softphone? How many ways are there to check log of sending or receiving SMS?

Trudy - I'm checking on the storage limit. 

Regarding the SMS logs, RingCentral for Dropbox  - I saw you have an open case for this and will reach out to your case owner.

So How about Log of sending or receiving SMS? Because currently, Backup in Dropbox aren't working, we can't check it. We need another way to view log. Please let me feedback soon. Thanks

Hi Trudy,  Currently the DropBox feature is the best solution for this.  I see you already have a case opened on this, but the case does not mention a problem with SMS messages. Can you please update the case (using the button below)  with some screenshots and/or samples so the agent can see the issue?  Let them know if there's a problem with both voice and SMS or just SMS etc.

Hi Mike, I added comment in the case. I can't login via the button, when login, i am pushed out. Are there any ways to check sending or receiving SMS of my co-workers?
