We've had reports of Mobile App users running Android v. 6.0.x experiencing no audio problems with some received calls. This issue was caused by the device entering the doze (sleep) mode after being idle for a period of time. Calls received during the doze mode may not have audio.
This issue was fixed in our most recent mobile app release 8.2.2. If you are running 8.2.1 or older, please update to our most recent version which is 8.2.2 at this time.
