We tried to provision the adapter, enter all sip settings but still it won't go online.

Hello Gary,

I have set this thread to private so that I can get the provisioning information from you.

Can you send me a screenshot for the provisioning page in the Grandstream device so that I can try and make sure that the correct info in entered into the correct fields on the provisioning page.
