Disable call recording prompt when recording a call:
I'm opening up a feature request for a customer, wherein that before that before when their call is recorded it will only record the conversation itself but now since last week or two the call recording prompt is now been included on the recording of the call and they don't like it. He wanted to remove that on their when recording their call. Is there an option or workaround on this issue? or is this a feature request?
The only work around is to record 1 second of silence to serve as the automatic call recording announcement. That will also mean that the parties on the call will hear nothing announcing that the call is being recorded. As far as whether or not that is legal to do depends on local state laws. I recommend that you investigate the legality of doing this before invoking that change.
