Mobile App: iPhone App won't take calls from internal extensions

When my colleagues call my extension, I don't see their call on my iPhone app.
I see, and can answer, calls from external numbers, on my iPhone app. 
I see, and can answer, calls from internal extensions on my softphone ONLY.
Please help, I can't figure out the setting to solve this problem.

This seems like a problem you would need to ask in the general RingCentral community which covers our products. This forum is aligned to developers building programmatic integrations with our Platform.

McKenzie - I'm going to check your online settings, but unfortunately I cannot see the Mobile App Settings.

McKenzie- your online settings look fine. I recommend doing a hard reboot, and even uninstall/re-install, but you may need to contacting support for further troubleshooting.
