Mobile App: will not open on my Android 5.1.1 device

I have a ZTE Max Duo running Android 5.1.1 and the application will not open. All other applications on my device are opening just fine. I have tried force stop and reopen the application and clearing the cache, but nothing happens.

Can you please try to uninstall, reboot the phone, and re-install the mobile app? Let's start here and let me know!

Uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled the app. The app still fails to launch without given a reason why.
