RingCentral in classroom with large monitor-Looking for hardware suggestions for using

We need to use a large display, and camera for a class room setting for video conferences.

We would like to have the display in the front of the room, and the camera mount on the back wall, facing the monitor.

I am looking for hardware suggestions on how to do this ?

We currently have a USA, RingCentral Premium account.

Any help will be most appreciated.

Hi Mike.

We are planning to use this in a class room, with a teacher in the front of the room, the display will be showing information, but we want to also display what is written on a white board, not just the digital content.

We would like the students, the teacher, the video display, and the white board to be viewable, to as close as possible present the remote students as close an environment as possible to actually being in the room.

I hope that makes sense.

Kind Regards,  Mark S.

Great Question.

I'm not sure.

We are actually just starting out, and looking for any assistance.

I am trying to find out what the difference is between the regular RingCentral Video Conference, and the Meeting room Option.

Any help will be most appreciated.

Kind Regards,   Mark S.

Mark,  It sounds like RingCentral Rooms is more appropriate for what you are doing. Take a look at the info and other links on the page/link that Kim provided above.  Then, you can compare the features to the regular RingCentral Meetings application here:  RingCentral Meetings User Guide

This page has the system requirements and suggested hardware for RingCentral Rooms.

Hi Mark,

Can you provide a few more details on how you plan to use this?  Is there a reason you are pointing the camera to the display?   If you are wanting to broadcast, the presenter would generally just share their screen to everyone in the meeting.
Is the display at the front of the class showing something different?
