Call Being Dropped When Placed on Hold

Hey there, I have an associate within my office that is frequently dropping calls when she places a client on hold. We are utilizing Yealink IP Phone SIP-T22P devices and are not showing issues on the Call Log. She says that if she unplugs/re-plugs in the phone, it will work without issue for a little while but will return to dropping the calls not long after. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue or might have a suggested solution?

Hey Stephanie,

There could be a possibility that something on the network is causing this. It sounds like when you power cycle it, it is being reset and then after the network traffic starts to build up again we have the issue returning. This article here has the network settings that best work with our service.
