CANNOT RESET PASSWORD

I am extremely upset with this service.

I can't log into my account (unsure of password.)

I can't reset the password because the password reset form asks for a security question, and there IS NO QUESTION OR TEXT BOX.

CALLING PHONE SUPPORT JUST DIRECTS ME TO BACK TO THE NON-FUNCTIONAL WEB SUPPORT OPTIONS.

THE ONLINE CHAT BUTTON DOESN'T EVEN OPEN A WINDOW

I'VE TRIED THIS ON 3 DIFFERENT BROWSERS AND THREE COMPUTERS...

Kevin,  support case 05004351 has been opened for your. 

Also, FYI.. to make servicing your account faster, can you please update your Community profile and add the same email address that is in your RingCentral account.  

At the top of the page click the drop-down next to your name then: Profile > Email and Notifications > Add another email address, and then make it the primary.  This will allow us to almost instantly locate your account and convert your Community posts to support tickets.

Mike, I would like to cancel this service.

I unfortunately missed the call from the rep and was told to call back via voicemail. Of course, the call tree tells me to go online for support. Since the website chat and password reset features are non-functional for me (and I assume others) I cannot do that.

I want to get my ONE fax I tried to get from this service out of my inbox and cancel.

I took a look at your case notes, and the support agent posted the following. 

My name is John, From RingCentral Customer Care Team, and I am handling your case.  I have resent the account activaton email for you to setup you password and security question. The reason why you cannot proceed with the chat is because your account has not yet been activated.
