I have noticed that the iphone App now only does like a text message?

Strange things, I have noticed that the iphone App now only does like a text message? not a call screen when a call comes in? How do I fix that? I constantly miss calls now! iphone 6+ is what i am running. Only really started to see this with last update of iOS10 and the app updated at same time

George, is it possible for you to further explain and/or post a screenshot of the device. I'm unsure if you are referring to an Apple change or RingCentral change.

It turns out that apple has changed their notifications settings for 3rd party apps in iOS 10, they no longer allow apps to make a message appear in the middle of the screen, they can only appear at the top edge. If you want to see all the options for notification settings, go to the Settings app > Notifications > find RingCentral. These will be the only settings that can be changed in the new iOS and it is a limitation of the new notification settings in iOS 10.

I run the iphone on Data only.  (Fido in Canada & T-Mobile for the US) And This is what It brings up now, not the original incoming call screen.

Great.. just great... no real app ability, or a ring at all, just a ding, and I just moved to straight out running on data only... guess I have to dump iPhone... So not impressed with them.   $15/3GB data Fido, and screwed by Apple to make the ultimate cheap service combo.I use the Office plan to get the "voip land line" in the office and the texting, but if texting came to the cheap plans it would save the others I have referred over.
