Easiest way is to establish a rule that sends any calls to that number to the "Land Line Number"

Want to explain further what you are trying to accomplish?

Thanks Chuck,
Someone dials our 800# I want it to ring to our landline and someone to physically answer, if no answer is goes to Ringcentral Voicemail that has everyone's extensions. Is this possible?

Kerri, or anyone else reading this thread.  Chuck is correct.  It's very easy to forward the call to another number, but once you send it outside the RingCentral system, there's not a way to pull it back and have it go to an RC voicemail.  There are several other things you might be able to do with, rules, groups, extensions, etc.  but as chuck said it's probably easier to explain those options over the phone.
