Send to voicemail after number of rings to call queue

Hi, I'm a new user to ring central, with a question that I feel like I should be able to figure out, but am struggling to get working. I have a system with 4 extensions, I have them all set up in a call queue to ring simultaneously. What I'd like is for the caller to get sent to the voicemail for extension 101 after 5 or 6 rings. Right now it just rings and rings and rings. Can someone please explain how I should set this up? Thanks.

Mcrampton,

You don't indicate what your current settings are but I have tested this setup (seen below) with three extensions and it works in the way you would like it to.

If you set your Call Handling settings as I have in the screen shot below, it will ring 5-6 times (each ring is generally around 5 seconds) and if no one answers it will go to the voicemail settings (as seen in the second screen shot - Messages & Notifications).

I Cleared my Chrome Cache and tried Firefox with no luck. I really should not have to use IE to access the site.
