Is there any way to Import contacts info into RingCentral through REST API?

We need to Import the contacts info into RingCentral through REST API.We know that there are many process for import, for instance through Outlook,,,
For scheduling the process we are preferring REST API.

Currently RingCentral has not exposed the Contacts API resource for public use via our REST API.
