9/27/16: "All Circuits are busy", "Number not Available", or "The code you have dialed is not deliverable to the code owner".

Incoming calls to us are not going through... when you try to call, you hear  "Your call can not be completed at this time. Please try again later. Message 6 US01LV"

Our cisco 303 phones can make outgoing calls, including calling our own number and it works.... but if you call from outside landline or cell phone you get that recording above.

Is this an outage on ringcentral? Or something else?  I have not changed any main settings on our account.

We are in miami florida usa.

CAN'T GET THROUGH TO OPEN A PRIORITY 1 CASE. IF WE ENTER A PRIORITY 2 CASE, WHAT IS THE TOPIC FOR COMPLETELY FAILED? CALL QUALITY?

Completely failed call/Call quality is a separate issue. Moving to new topic. Please reference the new conversation here: Completely Failed? Call Quality?

WHAT DO YOU CALL IT WHEN YOU CAN'T GET INCOMING CALLS FROM YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMERS? TRYING TO OPEN A CASE AS YOU SUGGESTED. DON'T SEE A DROP DOWN THAT DESCRIBES THIS ISSUE. WE ARE HEARING ALL CIRCUITS BUSY.

Robert,

I'm not sure if this will help, but it might be an AT&T problem. I just did a quick Google search and it keeps coming up with AT&T. Do you have RingCentral through AT&T or are you trying to call in from an AT&T phone service?

If so, here's what I am seeing. My guess is that if it was a RIngCentral outage you would not be able to call out either. It has to be the other service, in my humble opinion.

GSM Switch Recording Message 6: "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."
Print It
SYMPTOM: GSM Switch Recording Message 6: "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."
GSM Announcement 6: "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again. Message 6G3XXX."

Placing calls
CAUSE: Message 6 is generally heard when the wireless and/or landline switching networks are experiencing high traffic volumes in specific areas because of switch congestion or technical difficulties.
FIX: Please contact Customer Care if message 6 continues after several attempts to re-dial the number.

I had posted this because I couldnt get through Ring central tech support.... However I just got off the phone with them and they confirmed it was an ongoing problem today. They are working with AT&T and verizon to fix the problem.

This is affecting my at&t call phone, at&t land line........both can not call to my main line.

We've been notified of two separate issues going on. Please open a support case and be sure to include the exact symptoms described below so your case gets routed appropriately.

1.  There was an issue affecting some customers in Pennsylvania, which is now resolved. Those users were getting the message,  "The code you have dialed is not deliverable to the code owner "

2.  There is a 2nd issue affecting some users in Florida causing calls to fail and getting the message "All circuits are busy" or "Number not available"

If you are experiencing either issue, please open a support case and copy/paste the appropriate Bold text into the case notes for proper routing.

CT-18108 : Case 05033414 - Pennsylvania inbound local calls failing with a message "The code you have dialed is not deliverable to the code owner"

INC-18105: Case 05032761 - Florida inbound local calls failing with a message "All circuits are busy " or "Number not available"

Does anyone know a work around for this error? Even when we set the phones on forwarding to another number the system is not working.
Additionally, is there an expected repair time for fixing INC-18105 : Case 05032761? We are an inbound call center and this error is causing significant problems for our business.

Sorry we still don't have an ETA at this time. Our engineers continue to work with the related parties in an effort to resolve this as soon as possible.

Mike Are they thinking in terms of days or hours? We are losing a lot of revenue with our inbound customer lines down.

What was the cause and resolution?  Why doesn't the Service Status Site provide info on when the issue is resolved or provide a history of the issues?  This seems to be a recurring issue, I believe this is the third time in a 2-3 month period. Negatively impacting our business.

Sorry I don't have specifics at this time. However the System Status page will only updated if certain criteria are met.  In this case the service interruption only affected a small portion of our customer base in two specific areas.  When there's any type of issue that affects a large population or there's a specific RingCentral system outage the status will generally be updated.  It's important to note that for RingCentral (or any VoIP) provider that there are a wide range of issues involving various ISPs, other telephone carriers, local networks, etc that can cause a service interruption without a RingCentral system failing. In these cases our engineers do hastily work with the other parties and try to assist in a resolution as quickly as possible.

For these types of cases, this Community site is going to be the best place to visit for updates. It's a good idea to bookmark the home page of this site, as we do our best to notify users of any issues.

I hope that helps.
