Softphone - Another Softphone running

I just bought a new window 10 computer when I tried running the ring central for windows 10. It says their is another softphone running in the background. I have uninstall it and also restarted the computer several time.

Any suggestions?

Mike,

You need to deauthorize that computer in your admin portal. Then when you install the softphone on your new computer it will show as being authorized. See the screen shot below:
