Company Name / Caller ID

I want the Caller ID to show my Company Name but it shows City and State. I have updated the Caller ID section in the Admin Portal and typed in and saved the Company Name as I want it to appear but it still shows the City/ST in the caller ID.  I am not using an 800 #, only 1 local number.

How long has it been since you made the update/change? 

 The companys Caller ID is resynchronized every 24 hours if and when a change is made. If no modification is made there will be no resynchronization. Clear the caller id for 48 hours to force a resynchronization. Synchronization may take up to 7 days to propagate through all the carriers. Give the other carriers time to propagate the changes through their networks. Caller ID Overview
