iPhone App Replies

Using the iphone app, I test replied "in a meeting". I then test reponded "urgent, call and entered my call back number". I have notifications set up, but never received their response. ?? Where do these replies go?

It appears in the RC4W APP.  Below is an example of it:

thanks.... ya sounds like something fishy with the mobile app.

Tested from my iPhone but did not receive the message I did from the RC4W app.  Appears not to be working via the mobile APP.  You should open a service ticket.

Laura,  If you want to just reply here and include your phone model, OS version, and confirm your version of the mobile app has been updated, then there will be enough content on this thread and I'll convert it to a case for you.

Thank you!  I actually started a case a few minutes ago when I got Danno's reply, so you might just add this to it?

iPhone 6, IOS version 9.3.2, RC app version 8.3.0.1.36 (44.3.12)
