We need more that 200 charachters added for our fax message emails. What are our options?

I should have said, when receiving a fax, we need several email notifications sent and we only have 200 or 250 characters for this.  We need to add more characters or we need an alternative to include some kind of notification that would notify as many as necessary when a fax comes in.

Hi Lisa, Sorry for the confusion.  I think I'm not understanding what 200 character limit you are refering to. Can you provide more details or a screenshot?

I've been told by Ring Central Customer Service that when using the email notification for an incoming fax, that we have a limited amount of space for the email addresses. We can only load about 6 employee email addresses because of that.  We just need more space for multiple email notifications when a fax has arrived.

The best solution for that, is to set up a rule in your email client. Outlook as well as most other email clients will allow you to set up a forwarding rule so you can forward the email to as many additional people as you wish.
