System unable to accept email addresses with an apostrophe

The system is unable to accept email addresses with what it deems as 'special characters'. This is most inconvenient and frustrating as, for some reason, an apostrophe is considered a special character. For those with an apostrophe in their name, the standard means of creating an email address, this means they are unable to send faxes through RingCentral. Discussed with the technical support team who just suggested posting to this portal, no resolution available.

Hi  Maria Manthorpe

Can you tell us what specific email address field(s) you are trying to update so we can look into this?

Hi, I was trying to add a new email address into the list of those permitted to send faxes from our account.
