Problem calling international number

Luzon,

International Calling must be enabled by the administrator of the account. Additionally, if the administrator does have international calling enabled, they may have disabled Maldives for some reason.

If you are the administrator of the account, here is information on how to set up International Calling.

If you are not the account administrator, please contact your administrator to see if International Calling is enabled and whether Maldives is an included country.

If international Calling is enabled as Jan explained,  there is also a chance that it might need to be whitelisted.
