A user is getting "Error code: 100060000". What does this mean?

Hello Dave,  That error is most likely a Windows error. It's probably triggered by the other person not having the RingCentral Meetings app installed on their computer.  Can you have them download the application.  If it's already installed, but still getting the error, make sure they are on the latest version and reboot the pc.  This should fix the problem.

Let us know if there are still issues after these steps.

This is actually just after an initial install.  Any chance this could be related to permissions?  Is there a list of error codes and their meanings?

Thx.

Can you obtain a screenshot and include it here. I'm pretty sure it's a Windows error, in which case I don't have a list of errors.  Also, can you confirm what phone number the user is logging in under?  I'm changing this to a private discussion so you can post details.

I have emailed a few times but have not gotten a response.

Any additional information on this?  Any steps to install/reinstall?

Thank you.

Can you provide more details please?  You can definitely just uninstall and reinstall the application if you have not tried that  yet.  What exactly triggers the error, can you provide steps, screenshots and let us know what user is having the issue?

I did in the email you sent and I responded to.  The user was installing it when for the first time I invited the user to a web call.  According to the user, the install completed and the app was starting and then the error.  I sent all the info & screen shot I got from the user, along with the actual invite I sent.

OK Thanks!  So that error is when they are attempting to join from a meeting invitation. Can they by any chance just open the RingCentral Meetings App, and log in directly?
