We currently have a Call Queue Group setup for our support line and I have the settings set up so that emails are sent for missed calls, voicemails, etc. This is setup to go to multiple emails with a semicolon between each email address. The problem is that these emails aren't always sent. I just had two missed calls where the customer hung up before the call was answered and no one received an email.
Has this happened to anyone else or is there an bug in the system? I never had this happen with other extensions, with multiple email address. Only when I set up this Group has this started occurring.
