How do we get the voicemails left in the calling queues for after hours?

We have calling queues set up for my 9 locations. Each of them have the VM option while on hold and after hours. How can we get those VMs? Can we use the V410 to do so? 

It seems like the desk phone can only get to the individual employees VM.

Call your Queue extension from any RC phone
Press * when the call starts ringing
Enter PIN for Queue

You can either (1) have them sent via email (2) select a particular user to have the messages sent to.
