question

I have been using RC all summer with no problems. For the past two day I have been told that each time a fax is sent they are getting a "No Answer - the remote fax machine has not answered" message. I have attempted to check my settings and checked to see if there were any known issues in the RC Cloud Phone System. What am I missing? What else should I check on my end to resolve this issue?
