Mobile App: Call to mobile number rings over an ongoing call in the RingCentral App

This happens on both Android and Iphone devices. Is this a settings / misconfiguration on my part or is this an issue with the mobile OS? This also happens in the Chrome Extension/Google integration.

You are not doing anything wrong. This is just how Apple and Google have designed their systems. The native app will always take priority over other apps. Moving this to a related thread for more details.
