When using Jabra 930 Duo Headsets there doesn't appear to be compatibility with the RingCentral Softphone (desktop) app. Specifically, we can't answer, put on hold, or end calls from the headset directly.
Is there any near future programmed inclusion? Evidently Jabra has made their products openly compatible, but the restriction is on your end.
