Calls disconnecting when answered.

We have a Canadian Ring Central account with desktop phones. We are having occasional instances of calls being dropped as soon as we answer them.  In a couple of cases, the person on the other end of the call reports hearing us say Hello, and then the call disconnects.

I am wondering if anyone can give us any ideas on what is happening, it's not all the time (one or two a day), nor is it on the same phone. We work from our homes, so I don't think it's the network connection.

This is not critical, just confusing.

Even home users will want to check their network/router settings. 

Network requirements?

Dropped calls could be caused by a variety of things.  If your users have checked their network to ensure everything is configured correctly, but still having the issue, then please open a support case and include the most recent call samples possible; date, time and phone numbers.
