Has anyone else experienced a problem with parked calls disappearing and then ringing back as "returned parked call"?
This issue has occurred with 2 users over the past week where they've parked a call, waited for the *8xx, then called the intended recipient to announce the parked caller and the park number. The intended recipient then dials *8xx to pick up their call and they get the announcement, "call no longer available". The intended recipient then calls the user back who told them about the parked call and the fact that they were not there. The user who received the call, then dials the park number and confirms that there is nobody on that park number; at which point the user dials other park numbers in the sequence around the original park number to see if the caller got parked elsewhere... nothing. 4 to 5 minutes go by and the caller returns to the original user's phone as "returned parked call".
So confused as to why this is happening.
