All of my inbound faxes are coming in with a black line through the middle of them, no matter who the sender is.

A black vertical line is almost always caused by a small piece of dirt, or debris on the sending fax machine/scanner.

If this is happening on all faxes from different senders, then we'll need to see some samples. Can you provide the times, dates and sending fax number of these so we can see them.

I've changed this to a private conversation in case you need to post numbers.
