fax intigration

i m looking for web interface fax service ,a mail will be converted in fax and being printed on auto selected fax machine automatically. pls suggest how it can be possible

What is you had a computer running Outlook and created a rule to print the faxes automatically?  Would that work...?  Then RC would be a good fit!

Thanks for reply Mr Mike The process what we looking for is We do have an e-commerce and from there when a user visit on it and place the order that order should be printed on our vendors fax machine automatically. by our opinion now at this time the vendor receiving order by email and we just need to make it convert in fax

We don't have an integration designed to do this, but depending on how your your e-commerce orders are received this could be done.  If the orders are emailed to you, then you can do as Ronda stated above and set up a rule in your email client that sends the email to " yourfaxnubmer@rcfax.com".  Then there's a setting in our system that you can turn on to automatically print incoming faxes.

Are your eCommerce orders automatically emailed to you? 

If so, set up a ruled in your email client so that all emails received from that sender (the address the orders come from) get forwarded to your ringcentralfax#@rcfax.com. 

Then to make them print automatically follow the steps below: 

To enable the feature, open the Softphone and go to the  Settings screen and click  Messaging.  Switch the "Automatically print incoming faxes" setting to the "on" position and select the desired printer form the drop-down menu as shown below.

Can you please provide more detail around how you would like this to work?  It sounds like you might be asking for two or three things, some of which we may, or may not be able to do. 

There is a way that you can have faxes automatically printed, but can you clarify the first part of your question?
