Need the email notification to display the name of the company

For incoming faxes, how do I get the email notification to display the sender's name not just the sender's fax number? We have a number of companies with similar fax numbers and sometimes need prioritize the message based on company name, not always the time the message was received. We have a company and individual directories, but this doesn't seem to have an effect on the incoming faxes.

If you have specific companies or individuals that you routinely receive faxes from, just add them to the Personal Directory like shown below. 



See example below. The first image displays the senders City/State based on the phone number before added to the Personal directory. The 2nd image showing the senders name after the sender was added to the Personal directory.

This doesn't address the issue because as mentioned, we do have a company and individual directories. However, our fax is sent up as a user (standard international user) and it doesn't appear to have access to its own mailbox.

If it's set up just like a normal user, you should be able to log in under the main number + extension and access the mailbox. Once you are logged in, look for the Contacts Link at the top/center of the page. You can import the list of contacts into the personal folder.
