What is current conference call number for China

We are a US based company and we were supposed to have a conference call with someone in China last week, and they were unable to connect to the bridge.  They tried the number several times on a landline phone and kept getting a busy signal each time they tried.  When they tried on a cell phone, they were told the number did not exist.   If there is a new number, can you please provide what that number is.  And if there is a problem with the existing number, when will it be fixed?

Thank you, but I just checked the list and the conference call number on your list is the same number that we provided to our contact in China, and it did not work.  Have there been any changes lately?  Please let us know.


Also, we are not notified of changes in international conference call numbers.  We only find that the numbers change by frequently going on line and checking your list against our list.  It would certainly make our lives easier if notification was sent when numbers are changed.

It's more complex dealing with international number so it's normal for this list to change periodically. The list should however be current.  If you have troubles with any numbers on the list it's best to open a support case so the issue can  be researched.
