Missing area code

For some odd reason, area codes on the ID's of callers are no longer appearing on my soft phone, smart phone app and email notifications. I called support and they said it was most likely due to a system update. Why would they take that feature away? There is a good percentage of clients who leave a voice message without verbally leaving their phone # assuming we have caller ID.

Sorry for the miscommunication.  This issue should be escalated so the problem can be fixed.  Can you please provide a few recent call samples?  Date, time, numbers etc.  Then Add those comments to the existing case which you can access with the button below?

I have one example that started yesterday. It was at 9:49am and again this morning at 9:06am. It was from the same #. The # appeared at 12282522.
