The softphone sometimes locks up the rest of the computer preventing you from clicking on any other windows.
This happens on multiple computers in the office, it happens when sending a call to voicemail, answering a call, etc.
The only solution seems to be the handy cntl+alt+del & forcing the ring central softphone to close. Which isn't a solution when you need to keep the call connected & handle the call in the computer system (look up the customer, answer billing questions, etc).
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
