Mobile app How can multiple users access company voicemail.

I have five employees who need access to the main company's vociemail and phone system. How do I set them up to access this through their mobile apps? I have tried call handling and forwarding but nobody is getting the voicemails left on the main company line.

Hi  LEWIS

There's not a way to have everyone access from the mobile app unless they share a login. 

You can have the voicemails forwarded to a specific extension, and give the users login access to that extension. See the post from "Justin" on the following page.

Or, what may be a better idea is to have the voicemail notifications emailed to these users by adding their email addresses in the notifications section. Visit  Editing a User's Messages and Notifications ...

 You can enter multiple email addresses to receive the email notification by separating each using a comma.
