Speak with a manager

I have had a terrible time with misinformation from multiple agents at Ring Central, getting my business phone ported and being able to easily/streamline my business phone number. How would I file a complaint or speak to a manager?

 Sorry for the delay. I see you have a couple recent support cases that have been opened and closed already.  Is there still an issue that needs address?  Are you still needing to speak to a Manager?

I would like to speak to someone about my overall experience with Ring Central. It has been extremely disorganized and confusing resulting in chaos for my team and clients
