Device not working, but I have internet.

We just moved locations and my ring central device is not working. I have internet to device. device is IP 6000. power is fine.

Can you first see if the device is pulling an IP address?  

I've located one IP 6000 on your account and it hasn't registered with our server since 11/17/16.  

Try to unplug the device for a minute, then plug it back in and allow it a few minutes to reboot and then let us know what happens.
