I'm on a corporate helpdesk, received a call from a user who will inadvertently end inbound calls (that is, calls that have not yet been picked up).
I attempted all hotkeys listed in Settings, but none of them had the effect of ending/ignoring/sending to voicemail/rerouting an inbound phone call.
However, after calling myself a few times and trying multiple key combinations I determined that CTRL+SHIFT+I will ignore a call.
My questions:
1.) Where are shortcuts like this one listed?
2.) How can they be disabled?
I've searched through the RingCentral knowledge base and read through the Windows desktop app guide PDF, but so far have not found this information.
Thanks for any assistance you can provide!
