Log into your RingCentral portal and double check your "blocked" settings for your main number. That message is the default message for when you block a number. If your account was down you would not receive that particular message. It's possible that the "Block All Calls" option was accidentally selected which would cause this to happen,

Calling from a landline produces:  "this mailbox is full try again later".  There are 3 messages in may mailbox.
