RC Meeting Presentation Paused - Unable to un pause

Hello
We did our 1st 'Big Screen' RC Meeting on Monday however the presenter had a screen share up with a power point on it.  It was stuck on 'Paused' however and we couldn't get this off.  The users who were then on the call were unable to see past the 1st slide.

Is this something I have done wrong as I was unable to get the presentation off this paused option?

Usually if anything happens with screen sharing, most times you can stop the screen sharing all together(not the meeting) and then setup screen sharing for your application again.

Hi Stewart,  I agree with Matt.  First try stopping and restarting the screenshare.  If the issue keeps reoccurring, then you'll probably want to open a support case so the issue can be investigated.
