Outbound calls to Cell Phones not connecting

When placing outbound calls to cell phones we instantly get a busy signal

That is not happening for me.  I think you should submit a web case or call support with details.

Hi Joe... I was just following up on this and see you did open a case and it's been escalated to our T3 team and they are working with the other carrier to resolve.  I'll archive this thread since it's account specific, but please feel free to post here again.
