Unable to delete voice mail using web app. Keep getting Error 104

I'm unable to delete voicemail messages from the web app. I select the voicemails to delete and then click delete and get this message:

"Error 104. We are sorry. Your request cannot be completed at this time.

Please try again later."

My work-around has been to delete the voicemails using the mobile app.

Steve,
In speaking with RingCentral regarding this issue, the Overview tab is the one affected. If you click on the Messages tab you can delete from there. They've followed up with me at least 3 times since I've put this question up to let me know they're working on the issue. Awesome response from a VOIP company!

This is a widespread issue. We are seeing the exact same error as well.

Sweet.. that works! I haven't had much luck with RC support lately so I thought I would try this forum. I will pass this solution along. Thanks for the tip, Sarah!

You are correct Sarah. I have noticed the same thing and was going to advise you that a definite workaround is to delete any voicemails from the Messages tab instead of the Overview tab.

You beat me to it by two minutes. :-)
