12/16/16: Problem logging into RingCentral Desktop, Meetings and Mobile applications. (Resolved: 9:50 am MST)

Our engineering team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 

If you are affected, please open a support case and copy and paste the following Parent Case info into the title of the case. 

Parent Case 05277331,     INC-18413 .

RC for Windows down.  Phones are also down.  Located in NYC.

Parent Case 05277331,     INC-18413 . RC for Windows down.  Phones can't receive calls but can dial out.  Located in Reston VA.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Softphones Unable to Log In. 200+ people in the call center is unable to connect to RIngCentral. Nobody can log into RingCentral for Windows.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled The Ringcentral for Gmail is not loading,. The Ringcentral for Gmail is not loading, it says that there is an error encountered during initial loading, and it keep trying to load but it doesn t do it.
